Terms of Service:
ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net believes in the Constitutionally mandated rights to 'Free Speech", however we do not believe that includes the propagation of slanderous, libelous, "hate" material, or pornographic/adult type content that is freely or openly accessible to the public.
If we find that ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net services are being used by subscribers or clients, or their associates to promote or engage in any type of unlawful activity, those services will be terminated immediately without refund of any advance fees paid. Using ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net resources to engage in mass e.mailing activities or "spamming" is prohibited and constitutes grounds for termination of service without refund of any advance fees paid.
You must, also, be 18 years of age or older to establish a Web Services account. Verification of identity may be required. Clients may not establish accounts for Web Services under a falisified identity or assumed name. If it is found that an account was established under a falsified identiry or assumed name, the account will be terminated without refund of any fees paid to ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net or any fees paid to ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net affiliates.
ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net accepts no responsibility for fees paid to or services provided by entities other than ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net or ParsonsNet.com.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Service (or the "Service") provided is set forth in ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net's web pages. The services provided are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. PAYMENT (Some specific offers may contain exceptions to these)
The Internet User (or the "User") agrees to pay ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net the Monthly Service Fee as set forth in ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net' web pages by the payment date as specified by ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net. Payments not received by the 7'th day after the due date will be considered delinquent and are subject to an interest of 2% per month. If payment is not received by the 15'th day, service will be suspended. Reinstatement of service will require a set-up or reinstatement fee of $25 that must be recieved by ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.netNET before service is restored. Returned check is subject to a surcharge of $25.00. Disputed credit card payment is subject to a surcharge of $25.00.
Payments, unless otherwise noted, are made by check or money order in U.S. Dollars made out to "PARSONSNET.COM" and addressed to:

3. TERM
The minimum term for this agreement is one payment period. At the termination of this agreement, unless otherwise specified, the term is automatically extended for another payment period following on time receipt of renewal payment.
4. EQUIPMENT AND ACCESS
The User must provide, at his/her own cost, all equipment and services necessary to access the Service. The User must comply with all the rules and regulations applicable to the communication means by which the User obtains access to the Service.
5. ON-LINE CONDUCT
The User shall not engage in any conduct which in the sole discretion of ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, restricts or inhibits any other user, whether a user of the Service or a user of any other system, from using and enjoying the Service, or other services. This includes, but is not limited to, the posting or transmitting on or through the Service of any information that is, in the sole discretion of ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
6. NO WARRANTY
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OR TITLE, USABILITY, CONDITION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY, OR ACCURACY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any lawsuits, claims, damages or liabilities (or actions or proceedings in respect thereof) related to or arising out of User's use of the Service or its breach of this Agreement and will reimburse ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, its officers, directors, agents and employees for all legal and other expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in connection with investigating, defending, or settling any such loss, claim, damage, liability, action or proceeding whether or not in connection with pending or threatened litigation.
8. TERMINATION
The User may terminate this Agreement upon written notice prior to the next account anniversary date. Upon Internet User's termination, ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net is not obligated to refund any prepaid fees for services rendered or delivered except at it's own discretion or by prior agreement. The User also agrees that ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net has the right to delete all data, files or other information that is stored with respect to the Service provided from the web server system on termination. If this Agreement is terminated. Section 6 and 7 hereof shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of two (2) years.
9. ABUSE OF SERVICE
All use of ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net' system resources that disrupts the normal use of the system for ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net and other ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net customers is considered to be an abuse of the system resources and is grounds for administrative intervention. Modification, alteration, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or creation of derived works based on ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net proprietary information or software is an abuse of the Service. Depending on the nature and severity of the abuse, the User may receive an email warning or suspension/termination of service.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
The failure of ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the User of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The User irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Iowa and courts situated in the State of Iowa in connection with any action arising under this Agreement or relating to the use of the Service.
11. ADDENDUM
Subject to a ParsonsNet.com/ Zipweb.net restructuring, merger or any corporate event that substantially alters the ownership structure of ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, this Agreement will automatically terminate 30 days after such restructuring event. ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, or the restructured ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net, reserves the right to amend, subject to approval of the User, this agreement within 30 days after a restructuring event. ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net may revise other articles of the Terms of Service as circumstances dictate. The version of the Terms of Service posted on ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net web pages at any given moment is the correct version.
Subscribing to Web Hosting Services from ParsonsNet.com/Zipweb.net.net constitutes acceptance and agreement to
the Terms of Service as outlined above.
